Judy Jones - Painter
Judy was born in Ontario, she moved out to Vancouver in 1983, and now lives in Tsawwassen. In her formative years Judy studied graphic design at Georgian College and Sheridan College. Judy has had a creative background, always trying different art forms, hand painted wooden fire screen, glass beading, fused glass, pottery. Her new love is painting which she started a few years back. She works in acrylic, which she likes for the bright colours she can attain. Her style is still evolving, from broad strokes to tiny details. The possibilities of expression seem endless as her journey continues....
