Highlighting ROAM Gallery Artist
Photographer, Painter, and Sculptor
Eclectic artist, G. Brown-Kossi uses several mediums. Born in Lyon in 1983, he moved to Paris at the age of 10, from then on a real passion for fashion was created.
After successfully achieving his bachelor in fashion and luxury he moved to London for a work internship. The city is for him an artistic inspiration. When he came back to Paris, he created his brand to design his own innovative tee-shirt in qualitative materials.
In parallel, he worked for many years for one of the most famous french luxury house: Chloé where he was responsible for two corners, accessories and ready to wear. However, he is a multi-potentialist and this work did not allow him to extend his curiosity and to flourish in his artistic desires. Clothes, photographs, sculptural works, all his creations are inspired by extensive readings and by multicultural trips he made around the globe.
In his most recent work, he approaches a technique which always attracted him, painting.
The mixing of the different materials on his paintings is an expression of his different facets, he mix words, print, colors and others.
To do this he is drawing his inspiration from various life's experiences. The many paradigms he built and deconstructed now allow him to be a powerful artist and draw his flow of artistic creation through himself.
